Bio
Dedicating my whole life to volleyball has made its efforts. Starting at the age of 10 I was always pushing myself to the limit, after playing on my high school team (Dickinson HS) I slowly found myself at a collegiate level. I’m a student currently at William Paterson University, graduating June ‘22 majoring in public health. This year I’m the team’s setter but for the last two years have been their libero. In between school and being a player I’ve coached my own high school team and played in various leagues around my hometown. I’m looking to further expand my experience and overall max out my potential as a coach.
How would you describe your coaching style?
I’m all about inspiring the team, building their confidence, and teaching them the skills they need in order to develop and work together successfully.
What is your favorite characteristic in a player?
Anyone that has self-confidence, self-discipline, and someone who has passion.
Who are the people that have influenced you most as a coach?
I would have to say my current/previous coaches and the volleyball community around me.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not in coaching mode?
I’m a full-time athlete when I’m not coaching, always on the court days on and off.
What’s your favorite thing about volleyball?
My favorite aspect about volleyball would be the game itself, the only way you win is as a team.
