Refund & Program Cancelation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may require you to cancel your registration. While we do our best to accommodate, last-minute cancellations can affect our coaches’ planning and other players, including those on waitlists. For this reason, we have established the following refund/credit policy:

  • In the event of a Force Majeure—including but not limited to natural disasters, hazardous weather conditions, acts of government, pandemics, or other events beyond our control—facility closures and program interruptions will not be eligible for make-up sessions, refunds, or credits. This policy ensures clarity regarding circumstances outside the organization's ability to operate as planned.
  • CJVA will refund in full, including processing fee, in the event a program is cancelled by CJVA, or changed such that attendance is no longer an option for the athlete.
  • Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase, while bank debit purchases require a 10-day waiting period before a refund can be issued to the bank used for the purchase.
  • Refund requests received more than 7 days prior to a program start date will be refunded or credited, not including processing fees.
  • Refund requests received within 7 days of the program start date, or once the program has started, will not be eligible for a refund or credit for any reason, including injuries (regardless of whether injuries occur in or out of our facilities), illnesses, financial hardship, relocation, or other related circumstances.
  • Parents now have the option to purchase Program Cancellation Insurance at the time of registration for our major programs. This service, provided by Vertical Insure and LeagueApps, offers added protection. CLICK HERE for more information or to take advantage of Program Cancellation Insurance.
