ID Sessions at CJVA (Central Jersey Volleyball Academy) provide both new and returning athletes a valuable opportunity to assess where their current volleyball skills align within our club’s team structure. Our knowledgeable coaching staff—drawing from years of experience at high levels of play and instruction—will offer athletes thoughtful, skill-based feedback.

These sessions are independent of our official tryouts and are intended to help athletes gain insight into potential team placement. The cost of participation includes our tryout fee, and we strongly encourage all athletes interested in playing for CJVA next season to attend. Please note that evaluations are based on the level of training and competition we offer at CJVA, and team levels may differ from those of other clubs. In accordance with GEVA guidelines (the governing body for club volleyball in our region), no formal team offers can be made until the official tryout period begins.

CJVA’s official tryout date is August 9, 2025, the first day GEVA allows club offers to be extended. No team offers will be made before that date.
