How would you describe your coaching style?

I would describe my coaching style as fun, understanding and rewarding. I like helping players develop and become the best version of themselves.

 

What is your favorite characteristic in a player?

My favorite characteristic in a player would have to be coachability and hardwork. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard!

 

Who are the people who have influenced you the most as a coach?

Definitely former teammates and coaches. They pushed me to be great and have helped me reach the place I am in now.

 

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not in coaching mode?

I enjoy playing more volleyball whether it’s indoor or outdoors and I also enjoy playing soccer and relaxing with my family.

 

What is your favorite thing about volleyball?

The bonds it has helped me create. This sport has introduced me to many great people and I’m glad I fell in love with it.
