Jersey Slam Volleyball and Central Jersey Volleyball Academy are teaming up to house our first-ever Indoor Twilight Revco (Reverse-Coed) Quads Tournament! Join us for a full night of high-energy matches, great competition, and cash prizes of up to $1,500 (depending on the total number of registered teams.)

Limited spots are available. Registrations are capped at 20 teams.

Schedule

  • Check-in: 8:00pm
  • Captain's Meeting: 8:45pm
  • First Serve: 9:00pm
  • All teams must be checked in before the Captain's Meeting, and must have one player attend the Captain's Meeting. Teams that arrive late may not be able to be accommodated.

Reverse Co-ed Rules

  • Each team must always have two women and two men on the court
  • Only women are allowed to block at the net
  • Men can only attack from behind the 10-foot line. Women may attack from the front or back row.
  • Players may set the ball over the net when their shoulders are square to the direction in which the ball is sent, either forward or backward.
  • Open-hand tips and dinks are not permitted (Beach/Grass Rules)
  • Open-hand passing is allowed on defense, free balls, and Serve Receive
  • Substitutions must be clearly declared before the event begins
  • Tournament staff will make the final ruling on all rule interpretations and disputes

Tournament Format

  • The format will be adjusted based on the final number of registered teams.
  • Final format will be announced at the Captain's Meeting prior to the tournament's start.

Entry Fees

  • Early Registration: $200.00 per team for registrations prior to November 3rd
  • Late Registration: $240.00 per team for registrations between November 3rd and 6th
Registration and Payment Information
  • One player from each team should register and submit payment for the entire team.
  • All entry fees must be paid online using a debit/credit card or check/e-check

  • Cash payments will not be accepted at the venue. Mobile payment apps (Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, etc.) will also not be accepted.
  • Refund Policy
    • Teams will be eligible for a refund until 11:59pm on November 3rd. No refunds will be issued for requests received after this time.
    • Transaction fees for bank/credit card payments are non-refundable.
    • To request a refund, please reach out to dmottern@cjva.org and mserour@cjva.org

Important Reminders

  • This is a late night tournament. Please be sure to plan accordingly.
  • Check-in begins at 8:00pm and will continue until the mandatory Captains' Meeting at 8:45pm.
  • Players should arrive early enough to check in, change, warm up, and prepare to play before first serve at 9:00pm.
