Mandatory Hotel Booking Policy: All Stay-to-Play tournament hotel reservations must be made through the club's designated housing link, NO EXCEPTIONS. Reservations made outside the housing company will not satisfy the tournament's Stay-to-Play requirements. Families who cancel their booked rooms in CJVA's designated block or book outside of the required system will be responsible for any penalties or charges imposed on CJVA.

Hotels will be posted and emailed though LeagueApps as they are confirmed.
