MULTI-DAY TOURNAMENTS & HOTELS
REMINDER: All tournaments are Stay-To-Play events. This means that players must stay in the hotels assigned by Tournament Housing in order to participate. CJVA reserves blocks of rooms through tournament housing for the teams and their families. If you do not book your hotel through the link provided, your child may not be allowed to play, and/or the entire team could be dropped from the tournament. Thank you for your cooperation.

Once you book your reservation(s), you will receive an Acknowledgement email (please check your spam folder as well). Once you have been charged your hotel deposit, you will receive your confirmation email (again, be sure to check your spam folder).

Due to CJVA’s close proximity to the Javits Center in NYC, our teams are exempt from the STAY TO PLAY requirement, which means you do not need to book hotels through the tournament’s housing agent. Families are free to commute to and from the tournament, book their own accommodation independently, or use the links provided below to secure a hotel for the dates you plan to attend. This flexibility allows you to choose what works best for your family’s schedule and budget.
Important Reminders:
- Coaches will email or message you each day with your team's court location and meeting time. For Days 2 and 3, details will be sent in the evening prior, once pools are completed and teams have been re-seeded.
- Players are expected to remain at the venue until both their pool play and any work assignments are finished. Please remember to check out with your Coach before leaving each day.
- Bring plenty of water, snacks, and any equipment you may need for the day. Stay together as a team, support one another, and represent CJVA with great sportsmanship and enthusiasm!
- If you have questions about transportation, accommodations, or any tournament logistics, please reach out to your Coach or Team Parent for guidance.

- Click on the next available red room number to the left and enter ALL guest names, contact info, and credit card information to guarantee room (do NOT click the box on the right or select "add room");
- Be sure to select the correct club and team name in the drop down box. If you do not see your team name, call for assistance;
- Enter payment information to pay the non-refundable AES booking fee of $10 (room charges are not charged at this time; room charges will be handled by the hotel at time of check-in unless otherwise noted in cancellation policy).
