I hope this message finds you well. We have received a bit of a surprise regarding the NEQ event this year. I recently completed an application for early booking for all our teams attending, but it was brought to my attention that NEQ will not be offering early hotel booking to “local” teams (within 50 miles), which includes us.

What does this mean for the Flemington team? Good news! NEQ is not a "stay to play" tournament for Flemington. This means you have the flexibility to choose whether to stay in a hotel or commute to Philadelphia. NEQ housing opens on December 3rd, and I will be looking for hotels close to the venues for those who prefer to stay overnight with their teams and coaches. However, please note that you are not required to book rooms through NEQ Housing.

To help me gauge how many rooms to reserve, please let me know if you will be commuting or staying overnight. When responding, kindly include your player's name and team. Your assistance with this is greatly appreciated!

• A valid credit card is required at the time a reservation is made.
• Room fees are not charged at this time. Only the AES Booking Fee ($10) is due at the time of individual room reservation. The booking fee is non-refundable.
• Pre-booking reservations are limited to one room per athlete and on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional reservations are based on availability beginning December 3, 2024.
• Reservations cannot be transferred to another guest/payor; individual reservations can be cancelled and re-booked by a new guest/payor based on availability.
• All reservations must be associated with a registered club and team; incomplete reservations may be subject to cancellation.
• In the event of a booking error, contact EM2 Housing directly at 1-800-603-0917 for assistance.

SportsEngine AES Booking Fee

A Booking Fee is being applied when booking a hotel room. This fee will aide in the continued technological advancement and efficiency of the housing portion of SportsEngine AES and is intended to help reduce the number of overbooked rooms and cancellations for events. The Booking Fee will be applied at the time individual rooms are reserved, and the fee will not be applied if a room is reserved as a waitlist request.

ROOM TYPE

There is a combination of Queen/Queen and King rooms. If a parent & player are attending and you can make due with a King, please do so as a courtesy to players traveling with family. If you are a family and only a KING is available, be sure to note all people in room and mark the note section that you need a Queen/Queen. I would follow up with a call to EM2 Housing to request a Q/Q alternative.

• A summary of your reservation will appear.

I hope this message finds you well. We have received a bit of a surprise regarding the NEQ event this year. I recently completed an application for early booking for all our teams attending, but it was brought to my attention that NEQ will not be offering early hotel booking to “local” teams (within 50 miles), which includes us.

What does this mean for the Flemington team? Good news! NEQ is not a "stay to play" tournament for Flemington. This means you have the flexibility to choose whether to stay in a hotel or commute to Philadelphia. NEQ housing opens on December 3rd, and I will be looking for hotels close to the venues for those who prefer to stay overnight with their teams and coaches. However, please note that you are not required to book rooms through NEQ Housing.

To help me gauge how many rooms to reserve, please let me know if you will be commuting or staying overnight. When responding, kindly include your player's name and team. Your assistance with this is greatly appreciated!

EM2 HOUSING RESERVATION POLICIES

• A valid credit card is required at the time a reservation is made.
• Room fees are not charged at this time. Only the AES Booking Fee ($10) is due at the time of individual room reservation. The booking fee is non-refundable.
• Pre-booking reservations are limited to one room per athlete and on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional reservations are based on availability beginning December 3, 2024.
• Reservations cannot be transferred to another guest/payor; individual reservations can be cancelled and re-booked by a new guest/payor based on availability.
• All reservations must be associated with a registered club and team; incomplete reservations may be subject to cancellation.
• In the event of a booking error, contact EM2 Housing directly at 1-800-603-0917 for assistance.

SportsEngine AES Booking Fee

A Booking Fee is being applied when booking a hotel room. This fee will aide in the continued technological advancement and efficiency of the housing portion of SportsEngine AES and is intended to help reduce the number of overbooked rooms and cancellations for events. The Booking Fee will be applied at the time individual rooms are reserved, and the fee will not be applied if a room is reserved as a waitlist request.

ROOM TYPE

There is a combination of Queen/Queen and King rooms. If a parent & player are attending and you can make due with a King, please do so as a courtesy to players traveling with family. If you are a family and only a KING is available, be sure to note all people in room and mark the note section that you need a Queen/Queen. I would follow up with a call to EM2 Housing to request a Q/Q alternative.

Instructions for book a room:

• Go to https://www.advancedeventsystems.com/reservations/manage/lookup
• Enter the email address of the person who created the reservation: kmottern@cjva.org.
• Enter Reservation Number: 205103.
• A summary of your reservation will appear.
• Under Remaining Rooms, select an available room type. Fill in the mandatory fields.
• For the guest list section, enter all names staying in the room, including children. Make this as accurate as possible for check-in and security purposes.
• Enter a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation for arrival at the hotel.
• No one has access to your credit card information except for the hotel. AES website is secure using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
• Click Continue.
• Read and acknowledge the Hotel Cancellation Policy.
• Pay the non-refundable AES Booking Fee.
• Click Pay to complete the reservation.
